Welcome, Friends!
Queer and trans bodies often carry the weight of trauma, not only from personal experiences but also from systemic oppression and societal rejection. Healing from this trauma involves more than just emotional or psychological recovery; it’s about reclaiming and redefining one’s relationship with their own body. Bodywork, in its various forms—whether massage, somatic therapy, or mindful movement practices like yoga—offers a powerful pathway to this healing.

Similarly, neurodivergent bodies are often in conflict with racing minds, overwhelming sensations, and emotions that can become difficult to process. Through touch, we can gently guide our nervous systems back into balance, helping our bodies to find calm and ease. The rhythmic, grounding nature of massage can soothe the mind and body, offering a respite from the overstimulation that so many neurodivergent people experience.

Through bodywork, we can reconnect with our bodies in ways that feel safe, affirming, and empowering. The process of touch, movement, and physical awareness allows for the release of stored tensions and emotions that words alone cannot fully address. This healing journey involves listening to the body’s needs, honoring its boundaries, and celebrating its strength and resilience.

Together, we can create a space to experience your body without judgment or expectations. You can begin to view your body as a source of pleasure, strength, and self-expression rather than an object of scrutiny or shame. This transformation is not only a healing process but also an act of resistance—of decolonizing one’s body from oppressors that have too often tried to dictate what it should be.

What makes bodywork so special is its ability to meet each person where they are. Whether you’re looking to heal from past trauma, build a positive relationship with your body, or find a sense of peace in a chaotic world, bodywork offers a gentle, nurturing path forward. creating a space where your body’s wisdom is honored, where your unique needs are seen and held with care, and where healing can unfold in its own time.
During my studies, I discovered the powerful relationship between movement
and energetic health. To deepen my knowledge, I delved into various types of
therapeutic yoga and massage techniques. I had the privilege of studying under
renowned bodyworkers such as shiatsu master Waturo Ohashi, Massage
Therapy Hall of Famer Judith Aston, and Anatomy Trains Instructor James Earls.
In yoga, I learned from somatic expert Lisa Clark. Through their teachings, I
realized that in order to create significant change in one's life, the body must come
first. You don't have to travel across the country to gain this knowledge and wisdom;
I have gathered it for you. Let's work together to create a plan for you to release your
pain and begin healing.
